Q: What do you all remember, this BFG card that they sell about as good as it gets? Guy

Right on the money, thats what I loved about their setup.
Had a slight problem with my 5900nu and they solved it right off.
now as far as WCing the card…myself Im interested in buying their SCed version taking the block off and replacing it with a danger den 6800 block

Re:I'd go with BFG. I got mine and it has run without any problems and has overclocked somewhat well from what I've heard (420/1.19 max).

1. These cards are produced/outsourced by nVidia so they are reference models. What this should mean is that the quality of the DVI output should not be in question as extremetech has shown that nVidia produced/sourced cards have excellent DVI quality.
2. The max supported resolution for DVI is 1600×1200. BFG acknowledged that wrong information was being disseminated yesterday. All resolutions under 1600×1200 should be available. I didn't quote the rest because another thread was started that refuted the wide-screen issue by showing it works just fine. Any issue are isolated in nature and most likely correctable at that.

Re:I have a bfg 6800 gt, it ocs to 420/1100 stable. I got around 12000 3dmark03, with a p4 3.06/1024 1066rdram. I would recommend the card.

keep in mind that at this time it seems the bfg's dvi output res. is below standard. that being said, i do like bfg's customer support; they're great.

Re:The only difference between vendors will maybe be noise from their HSF units. And noise differences will be very acute. Also dont forget eVGA also has a model out.
