Any way to tell if I VIA 4-in1s installed? [odd reason] [tbird]

Q: Last fall I have a GHz and an MSK K7T Pro . for some strange reason I have a bitch of a time installing was . So I took it to a local computer shop . , and she had done. I never thought about it until now . but Im not sure if they install the Via 4-in-1 drivers. Is there anyway to tell?

Re:Via are working on this problem so you will know what version of 4 in 1 drivers you have installed etc,but it`s not ready yet.

Re:guy, you could install sound and video drivers perfectly without any 4in1 drivers installed. A computer can operate without the 4in1 drivers, though your looking at quite a performance loss and possibly a loss in stability.

Not sure how you can tell if the 4in1's are installed but you can always re-intall them if your not sure, it won't cause any problems re-installing.

Re:The simplest solution is just to install them again if you're not sure whether they installed it. Its not going to cause any trouble or conflicts.

Re:Look at your CPU to AGP controller under system devices in Device Manager, if it is 5.0.0.404 or higher you have them installed I believe.

Re:If they didn't, you wouldn't be able to install and sound or video drivers;). Don't know how you'd tell which version, besides manually looking each up.
