Q: I do not know if you still can, but someone told me monitors come with this stuff and like Windex and rub it off . They should ship within the U.S. (BorderFree makes no customs and I can only order from sites in the U.S.:))

Having used one of those in an office, I can say that the really cheap ones are horrible. The reason it blocks off glare is because you can barely see through the damn thing!
Re:3m makes some really nice anti-glare monitor cover thingies. I have one for a 17 inch monitor somewhere around here (too bad I don't have a 17 inch monitor…)
They are expenive (80ish) but they usually fit well and are made of polarized plated glass…
