Q: Okay
I got a new case today and when I switched mobos, my ram wouldnt work. It would beep, its off. I took the ram out, and it would just beep more and more, which means that no RAM in. It will beep (with ram inside) muted. The ram is good, tried it in the other comps, cleaning the ram slots, EVERYTHING! Please, help me.

Re:When you say it beeps do you mean one time? This is normally associated with the computer passing the POST operation. Your PSU may actually be the problem, how many watts is it? Who makes it? How new is it?

Re:Check underneath the cpu socket retention clip, underneath the clip nearest the memory banks is a trace wire if this is scratched it means the board is dead.
