Q: I have my game today, and I was playing online fine earlier, and right now, I tried to login, it gives me the error “The server has refused connection” . WTH does that mean? The main server is down or something? This is really annoying, they should at least allow the user to play offline single player mode while their stupid server is down .( assuming it down . but in general they just can a user to be able to play the single player mode .). This brings me to another question, after only an indication of the . apparently they check your acct is legit or not . Does this mean that you wouldnt be able to play the game if your Internet is down? let alone that you do not have Internet?
anyways, has anyone else experienced or is it just me?

thanks guy, all i needed to hear. just wanted to know if it's normal to get that. i haven't gotten it ever since though.

Re:I'm not sure at what point you are getting this message. Have you been able to create an online account and user name?
