one first day of my office desktop can not load windows, and the blue screen popup.
error: c00000021 . Hard failure . systemroot% / system32/ntdll.dll (.= can not remember)
something like this . A bluescreen a line . and I can not do anything. altctrldel.
when I can not even press F8 to load Windows boot menu, all I will choose to go blue endup screen.
so . can someone tell me what the problem is
Re:If it's a 0xc0000021a it's registry. Please give me the EXACT stop code with all the parameters.
Re:BSOD is Blue Screen Of Death, post the whole output, write it down and retype it, missing 0's or anything else can change its meaning, so make sure its exact and we'll do what we can

i dont' remember how many 0 were there, i am not beside the PC though..
I believe no hardware were changed
Re:is it overclocked? try swapping the RAM…
give us the whole BSOD info, not just what you can remember….. also I'd bet its c0000021, not c00000021, which is a status already commited, could be for anything though, hard to tell without the whole BSOD error.

What version of Windows?
Can you provide the exact error?
Any recent changes made to the machine such as the addition or removal of hardware or software applications?
Can you get to a c:\ prompt and read the directories?
