Q: How can I get a real media video realplayer off so I can catch the video on winamp or watch whatever . If it helps I have windows xp
Best Answer: As you already discovered, the free version can't capture videos. Buy Quicktime Pro, it does and it's only $30
Get it from:
Re:Yeh the sites Here (http://www.mtv.com/bands/az/yellowcard/audvid.jhtml) just choose any of the 3 videos and try to get it….
Re:Go to download.com and look for hidownload.
It can save all streaming video including rm and mms.
Re:I use Stream Down (http://www.stream-down.cocsoft.com) to save/DL streamed media. Works great. As guy said, theres a ton of different apps to do it. Google it, and your sure to find at least a few. Good luck!
Re:There are a few programs you could use, depending on the stream. I've used Offline Explorer Enterprise, and Streambox VCR mainly.
If you give me the location I'd probably be able to acquire it for you.
Re:If I'm not much mistaken, on the RealPlayer PRO there used to be a "record" button…dunno if its still there though…I imagine you're using the free version of the player
