Q: ok I have 3 computers connected to a Linksys router witch is connected to my modem. I want to begin configuring a Linux box to play. I would like a private FTP server from the Linux machine. Do I connect to my router or another NIC and if throwing a server conected to the WAN port on the router. What is the safest solution? I do not have to put in my router DMZ mode.
ie cable modem to Linux box, Linux box to router?

Q: Hi guys, I have a problem with Microsoft Exchange 5.5. I can e-mail to get from within the company intranet as well known, but if someone sends me e-mails or when I send something out, it would be going out or coming . only inside the intranet . Q: just wondering . If anyone is looking for their CCNP or CCSP do?
i have a few routers, and some pix 501 and if anyone else has some equipment, the CAM should be merged. I work better with a partner or with a group, and Im sure there are others that work better on the same way.
right now, with the equipment I have, Im sure the BSCI, SECUR, CSPFA (sans failover) and CSVPN be completed w / I have.
it would be great if someone had access or had equipment that BCM

Q: I was thinking about making that a WLAN is accessible to the public access, but I would somehow connected people and log their activity. That means I want the MAC address of each wireless device that connects to the WLAN. Does anyone know a way to do this? What would be the cost for the hardware / software to do that? I want this free service, so if the cost can be reduced to a minimum, that would great.

Q: I have a Netgear router wgr614v5 I was using behind my DSL modem. Ive configured WPA-PSK and all the devices I have work fine with using it. I need a bridge to get to a phone without wifi / usb support so I started looking at the various AP / Bridge devices out there. The problem is that I can not find any reasonably priced that support WPA in bridge mode.

Q: Okay, so I have a Netgear Wireless Router WGT624v2 (G) and I have established a network between my computer and my mom down the computer. We have just a few days ago and it worked fine until last night when I was fiddling trying to surf my speeds a bit more spicy. Now, if the network is already connected as it should, there is an Internet signal from the modem and a wireless signal (because the downstairs computer can access it), but nothing gets through. Q: I currently have a Linksys wireless router + AP . Although the “work” OK . it seems a bit slow. (Second PC is 50-60 m from the base station)
After read here and there . I realize that many are very satisfied with wireless SMC7004AWBR,,,
I am ready for the time and effort to return the Linksys for well regarded SMC product.
