Q: Is there a way to convert FAT32 to NTFS clusters with 4096? Convert.exe is 512 byte clusters, which is just useless for me, and PartitionMagic can not resize NTFS clusters. If anyone knows one way or some sort of work around please let me know, thanks.

One question I have is that Active Directory does not store the password for a user login? and what method of encryption used? A thought is like the password is encrypted using md5 us two copies of the hash and compare the two results.
