Changing user password in AD domain [directory domain] [active directory]

Q: How do users change their passwords in an domain? I have asked for a small company to help with a password policy and user passwords. Can they do from their desktop? How?

Edit: I think I should mention that Win98 workstations and can not Ctrl + Alt + Delete and change a password.

if he sets the policy up this way.

What you could do is just setup the group policy as you need to and than expire everyone's passwords, that would both give them the easy ability to change their passwords and also enforce your new policy.

Re:If you log into a domain, to change your password your use ctrl-alt-del and select change password. Simple. Make sure the users have the ability to change the passwords on the server though.

Re:Go into Control Panel > Passwords (I think, working from memory). There should be options to change Windows passwords, and then one to "change other passwords". That will allow them to change their domain password.
