Q: Hello Folks, I really
I in the Call of Duty and Ive been playing for about one month in multi-player mode. For the first 2 to 3 weeks, i had no idea (yes, I was naive) that some players would resort to deceit to beef up their dead to count. Examples of cheating are:
Aiming Bots
Bots immediately move the cursor to a target opponents head to take a simple headshot
Lag cheats – as I understand it, Lag cheats make cheating more difficult to hit
Anyone players know of any other cheats? I have Punkbuster installed and I only play on PunkBuster servers but Im pretty sure that the cheaters are still ways to cheat to find. As an example, sometimes I go against other players who seem to jump much higher than other players.
Is Punkbuster the only way to cheating “cheats to minimize?

PB does not lag. I don't know how long they've had PB in B:V, as I don't follow the PB crowd anymore, but I know Battlefield lagged period. It may take time for it to get properly integrated. PB is worth it, it does things that should be available in every MP game today. Like global hardware banning. Hackers can't play any PB games once they are caught hacking PB, and they are always caught.

Re:Cool by me. I am still a beginner. I get pretty beat up by the 14 year olds. Most times, I am about even on kills to deaths rato. I found a Forum called After Hourz that you might be interested in. They advertise that they are vigilant against cheaters. The culture of the forum is very against cheating too.
Have you seen any other cheats than what I have mentioned? There is one other one that I have heard of which is the ability to walk through walls.

Re:join a clan, sometimes they run cleaner games, otherwise just don't play on servers that cheaters use. its really hard to tell. I love CoD but I get really sick of cheaters too, there doesn't seem to be too many but it doesnt make the game very fun. I got 1st place 4 times in a row a couple days ago on a server of 32 people, felt great
