Q: My creative CD-ROM does nothing, no power is not the point. Anyone know where to send for RMA?
Re:Here is what you do to get an RMA.
Go here and click on email support then fill out the information and submit it.
Creative Email Support (http://www.creativehelp.com/kesscripts/creativehelp.asp?page=furtherhelp)
They will probably email you with some crap about something.. just reply back and simply state that the drive is completely dead.. wont spin up or power on and that you need an RMA #.
Then they will send it to you.
