Q: Hello.
When my WD drive back together after formatting a drive on the cable, the WD drive is completely white. I mean, you could go into My Tech Support “and click on the drive and see nothing, although said that 100 grams beeing used. There is no interference with the drive though. Everyone knows what to do? Please?
Re:do a low level formatt using data life guard tools(set all 0's) you should mention that that WILL overwrite ALL his data.
