Q: Anyone know of a way for dial-up customers to access their password? The OS is XP and Exchange 2000 OWA, the feature does not work. Their machines are not in the domain. The user basically dial-in, and access authenticated e-mail and a custom app, but the 30 days they have to call their password reset. Any ideas?

Re:It may be possible to write an ASP page to change the password, then the users could go to that page when their password expires.

Re:I think you need an SSL cert in order for the change password feature in OWA 2000 to work. That would be the easiest way.
