Fixed: Outlook very slow after the latest security patches? [windows security patches] [latest security]

Q: Any suggestions? (Other than not using Outlook!)

After installing the Windows security patches for the past 4-5 Wednesday, Outlook takes 3-4 minutes to start.

Re:Thanks for the help; I thought I was up to date on the office XP patches but I was missing one. After installing outlook seems to be running fine.

Re:Outlook Express or plane Outlook? My outlook express would lag starting up until I disabled Microsoft Messenger from starting with O.E.

what version of outlook are you useing? i have 2003 and i installed thoes patches and mine is fine

just getting the mandantory "switch to mozilla" stuff out of the way
