Q: grr I can not send DCC, setting up an ftp, ssh, accept incoming connection .
I nmaping tried everything, but no open.
But ports is strange, because people can download me of Kazaa or morpheous (Im not sure how people can download me there, but not anywhere else)
When I was running linux nobody by me to connect to ssh or telnet: (
any ideas on how to get around this?

Re:Your college may have all the low numbered ports (<1024) blocked from receiving an incoming connection. I seem to remember that my college had a pretty strict policy about servers in their dorms…
