Re:Ghost will work; I've used it before and it was fairly easy to use. There's another program by PowerQuest, I think it's called DriveImage or DiskImage, that I've heard works pretty well also. Just remember that the program can only compress the image so much. If you're trying to image 40GB of data, then the compressed image may still end up being like 25-30GB which is a lot of CDs.
