Q: Any idea where I can find is 9 or XP Pro licenses? All companies that sell Mastercard XP for $ 150 u003c ratings are so bad that I would not even know of doing business with them.

where did you read this? Its perfectly legal to purchase OEM software for isntallation on machines (how else would these companies all be able to get away with sellling it?). You just have to make sure the OEM software when transfered (to another owner) is included on or with a piece* hardware installed on.
