Q: I have a very strange problem when I install my A4Tech. Asus AGP-V7100 driver mouse driver ver. 6.18 seems a problem in Outlook Express 5 and Outlook Express programes.Firstly some other open very slowly in about four minutes into the second place there is a pause of about 15 to 20 seconds in Internet Explorer thirdlysome programe is not running a game, 4×4 Evolution and When this occurs to install Office 2000, Office 2000, therefore no work, there is an error in Pstores.exe file.Please help me to solve this problem.I have D815EEA Intel Pentium III 733 motherboard, 128 PC 133 Ram, Quantum Fireball Plus LM 21.0 GB, Creative Live Platinum Sound Card, Asus AGP-V7100 / T VGA card and Windows Mellinium Edition (Win_Me).

Re:uh, win doesn't let u change the irqs directly
go to device manager >> system devices >> pci bus >> irq steering to change the algorithm that win uses for assigning irqs
however, if the motherboard forces those pci slots to share, win has no control over that
u might also want to make sure that the drivers are winme compatible

Re:perhaps; i can never be certain with long-distance tech support
if it is indeed irq sharing problems, u might have to wrestle a bit to get them to work; u somehow need to get the usb/smb drivers off those irqs whether it be altering irq steering or making changes in the CMOS
u can disable serial/parrallel ports to free irqs and temporarily disable usb/smb to see if the problem still persists…

Re:hm… i presume that you removed your old mouse driver? if you hit the Windows key + Pause/Break buttons, you should get the system properties (otherwise go to control panel -> System) and see if there are any hardware conflicts.
