Q: I need to print a page that concentric circles of a certain size. This is a template, so I can cut something out. (Im building something .:)) Anyway, I have a program that will be found. I have the outer circle is 152 mm and 124 mm are the inner. (Thats how big they should be when the document or image is printed). How can I do?
Re:I think that inkscape would be a better tool. It is free

It is a vector image program, and you can resize a circle to a given size.

Re:Piece of string?
Or go into Word and draw a circle – use a ruler to measure it in relation to your scale?
Go into any graphics proggy,
make a new frame of the size of your smallest circle, make the circle fill your whole frame, make another frame, the size of your next biggest circle, do the same, cut/paste your smallest circle to this one etc etc.
Do a search for concentric circle software
Re:yeah, but i don't have one… can't a computer do it for me?
