Q: If I download a torrent, even if his tenth of my max download speed goes, everything seems to go slow. Why would that happen? I can only imagine that it should begin to slow down when I reach my limit . : Confused:

Limit your total upload to 80% of your maximum upload throughput.

Most likely a port isn't forwarded correctly, and your client is not connectable.
