Q: I just got a Voodoo 200 TV tuner. I installed it properly and the TV tuner works fine, but when I use the FM tuner, I can not hear any sound. Any suggestions?

I Don t know why it says no drivers installed for the audio codec, because there are no exclamation points or conflicts with her. Maybe there are separate FM drivers?

Re:deffinately need an antenna. Most cases are built on a faraday cage principal, meaning all EMF (including radio) is blocked by the case. go to radio shack and pick up a $2 antenna.

Thats not the problem, I have it setup correctly, thats why I am able to hear sound when viewing TV, but I don't hear sound when using the FM. I'm thinking I need to get an antenna for the Tuner because it did not come with one. What do you guys think???

Re:The VoodooTV 200 isn't very receptive to FM. The signal has to be massively strong otherwise you won't hear anything. You may just have to keep scanning until you find one that works or get a signal from a larger antenna.
Quite often when it was raining my VoodooTV card wouldn't pick up anything at all, and we have a huge antenna on a pole w/ amplifier.

Re:OK, I had enough. $5 paypal to the first person to help me get the radio to work. I installed the visual reality software and the drivers for windows 2000, however there is no sound coming from the radio. Please help and earn 5 bucks.
