Q:: confused:
hi boys, is
ive marks a problem while trying to download photos from Internet Explorer on my system. I Windows XP Pro as a power user, and when I right click-save target as u003e,
it says “can not find the file specified”. This makes absolutely no sense to me, because the image was fully downloaded into the cache of a few awkward moments ago.
my solution is to select “picture as an e-mail” to send, and then saving the attached file new e-mail message to the desktop.
any hints / tips?
thanks!
karl
Best Answer: Sorry to the guy before me but the 9800GX2's are not the best on the market at the moment…….
If you have a look on this website http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_family.html youll see that the best desktop card on the market at the moment in the 280GTX and they will fit into your motherboard in the PCI Express slot
Hope this helps!
Re:With IE, you always want to try clearing the Cache and cookies first. Does wonders. I detest IE for that very reason.
Also, try and save the pic or whatever to your desktop and see what happens. Maybe the place you're trying to save it to has some issues going on with it.
Re:really? do u think the error is b/c i ran out of space in the temp files folder?
i'll try that now…
thx
Re:Try clearing out IE Temp Files.
Re:any help from out there in cyberspace?
thx
Re:hi,
thanks for teh reply.
i don't think it is an issue of file names, because i've renamed all subsequent files and the same error message still pops up = "the system cannot find the path specified".
very odd….
Re:You're right-clicking on the picture? If so, down at the bottom of the save as window should be a menu for file type. Choose .JPG, or whatever and then click on Save. All subsequent Saves will go to that folder (you do have to tell it which folder the first time) and if it has a problem with file names being the same, you can change the name of the file then.
Re:I'm sorry,
the actual error message is "system cannot find the PATH specified"
