Q: I have Palm PDA Sync to my computer for one year w / o problem.
yesterday, my machine froze Then I tried a cold boot sync.
after, I can not synchronize. I press the button on the cradle, but nothing happens. there is no response from the computer, if it doesnt see pda.
i uninstall / reinstall Palm Desktop. same. craddle plugged into other USB ports. same: (
How I remove all devices associated w / a USB port?

Don't do that.
Bring up a command prompt. Type:
SET DEVMGR_SHOW_NONPRESENT_DEVICES=1
DEVMGMT.MSC
in the device manager window that opens, select 'show hidden devices' and uninstall the devices you don't want.

i dont usb as a listed device when view "devices by connections. "

Re:Good question and bump.
I've had issues in the past where a USB device would work in a port then stop working and never work there again. Plugging it to another port always worked but I don't like having to shuffle USB ports around just to get a problem device working again.
