Q: I used DVD shrink to the raw video / AUDIO_TS files from a DVD movie to capture, then I used Reauthor only the main title clips from the film, and let DVD Shrink burn (I think it actually Nero, but Nero never turned up) anyways, I used a DVD +-media format, DVD player I used was relatively new, and the DVD player the disc said is wrong, any input guys? Incorrect media, I burn whats wrong?

i have 2 dvd players, one plays everything and the other will only play -r, actually i plays the -r better than an original…

I've used + media for over a year with DVDXcopy or the DVDShrink Nero combo and never had a problem. It might be his burner is picky with certain kinds of media.

Here's a :beer: to you, then. Your tabletop DVD player apparently likes +R media.
The OP just needs to verify if the problem is because his player can't read +R discs or if he's got a setting wrong somewhere. If his player doesn't like +R media, then it doesn't matter how he tries to burn the DVD or the settings he uses.
My bet is he needs to use something other than +R media.

Some players don't like DVD+R media (my Apex player doesn't). Generally, your best bet is to use DVD-R to ensure compatability with the most desktop DVD players, but it varies depending on the brand.
