Q: I get nauseaus with the arms from side to side sway. How do I use it?

Re:Dude, that shouldn't make you nauseous. What cpu/video card are you running? Are you sure it's not just too choppy? That can make you nauseous also.

Re:Oh crud, you are right. Weapon bob can't be turned off, as long as it's the same as Quake 3.
Re:Don't think you can turn off the weapon bob, I didn't see any way to do it. Turning off all the other ones kept me from getting sick.

Re:I don't think it's possible to change this in the game, so we'll be editing the cfg file. Open up your RTCW folder, Main, then open up the wolfsomething.cfg with notepad. from there on, search for all the "bob" references, and set them to 0.
