Q: I am playing around with Symantec Corporate Ghost, Ghost Casting looks very useful.
Re:You'll have to find it on the CD. My understanding of it is that you make a regular boot disk with the stuff on it that you want (network, etc.) and then copy that to the CD. You may want to change the disk from Re: , as some computers have a problem with that as a CDROM drive. You might also think of Nero boot disk as the burner. I've used Nero to make a slipstream disk for XP with SP1, but I had printed instructions for that. I still had some problems getting it right.:disgust: After I got some sleep it went better.i/expressions/rolleye.gif Have fun.
Re:I just looked at the sites I gave you and they don't really show how to make a CD boot disk. Sorry man.
Re:Sorry man, for some reseaon I thought you were trying to make a boot diskette.
Try this out:
CD boot disk (http://www.nu2.nu/bootdisk/cdrom/)
and this:
network boot disk (http://www.nu2.nu/bootdisk/network/)
Re:I tried that, there is no option to actually make a cd…the CD-ROM boot disk option asks me to make a floppy boot disk, after thats made, theres no option to make a cd or anything. The Network boot disk option only forces you to make a floppy. My laptop dosen't have a floppy drive
Re:Dude, just use the Ghost Boot Wizard to create your boot disk.
