Get either the 1.33 or 1.4 chip…i think most of newegg's chips are AYHJA…esp the 1.4's. Mobo…get either the epox 8k7a and gigabyte 7dxr…both got good reviews…epox is cheaper tho…and just add some DDR ram from crucial.com…256 stick or 512…whatever suits your needs.

Re:if you want ddr i would say get either the epox 8k7a or the gigabyte 7dxr with anywhere from 1-1.4ghz tbird. if you want to overclock you probably dont want retail because the retail hsf wont have enough cooling.
so you might want to get an oem cpu, as for hsf thats hard to say, thermalright sk6 or maybe global win cak38 or even Taisol CGK760092
crucial ddr overclocks pretty good, but if you really want alot of fsb overclocking you probably need corsair pc2400
