Q: IE 5.5 keep crashing every 15-20 minutes
is the win2k connected, any advice?
also, keyboard lock-up somewhere and I have the ps / 2 plug and unplug it to work
any suggestion
is is due to power win2k management
do I make to reformat and reinstall my win2k HD?
p.s. win2k sucks, better than 98se though

Re:I use ie6 with no problems. Try to upgrade to sp2… I've had no problems whatsoever after that upgrade
Re:I had problems with Win2k and IE 5.5, random reboots and lockups. And this was on a non oc'd P3 800 and Asus P3B-F mobo, the poster child of stability. Some articles I read seemed to indicate that IE was the cause, so I installed IE 6. I haven't had a problem since.
Re:Do you have all the latest and greatest service packs/patches applied to w2k ?
Also, if something else crashes, it could be a hardware or other problem(s).

Re:ive got w98se + IE 5.5, i notice my net connection and IE crashes frequently if i have WMediaPlayer 7.1 (not sure about other versions) running.
looking for a keyboard crash solution too, it happens rarely in IE but often when playing return to castle wolfenstein – vasy majority of times its when i respawn. odd. almost never happens when not using IE or RTCW, odd. there was a thread a while ago about the keyboard crash problem but never got solved as far as i know 
– if you figure it please let me know!
