Best Answer: I have seen only one free, open-source program to make cartoons. But that program requires you to draw everything by hand.
The best (and probably only) program for what your needs is Adobe Flash. Doubt that there is a good, free alternative.

Re:I think their suits(as in execs and salesforce mainly) don't like eachother, while the techies would probably love to drink some beer together and talk about all kinds of stuff that few other people would be able to comprehend.
And then of course both have their minions of fans that for some unfathomable reason feel some kind of emotional attachment to them.
