Is it possible for a CPU with a fire that causes a system to catch fire? [catch a fire] [hsf]

Q: Please . do not flame me . Please .
Im just curious. Is it possible for a CPU (some form of CPU) on fire or there is no hatsink installed on top of it?
I capture always thought it was going to die just puff .

Re:Won't catch fire. Just smoke…& a lot of bad smell. Most probably need replacement part more than just a CPU ie. mobo, PSU, RAM…
