Q: I have dial-up Internet port and print server on SMC 7004BR but I would like to directly connect my laptop to the other side of the house without wires.
Can done by connecting the router with a wireless hub or something?

Re:I use an ABR mode with an Orinoco RG-1100 (flashed into an AP-500) so Mrs. guy has wireless access at the far end of the house.
Works like a champ.
Any AP or wireless router should work. You may need to put it in "bridge" mode (terminology varies between vendors)
