Q: I used to do this all the time. I switched to a new Socket 754 mb and I want to test and see all the responsibility, but Im not sure if this is completely safe safe.
Is the power of the machine without installing the CPU?

Well, it'll tell me if it powers up which is all i need to know at this point in time.
