Q: Im running a 1280×1024 LCD, and the highest in-game is 1280×960 res. The text is unreadable in the neighborhood. 1024 is decent, but I expect at least 1280×1024. Is anyone else playing BF1942 on an LCD? What tools do you have? This really sucks 
Maybe if there is a way to change the font it would be better, but not be apepar. What are other people doing?

Re:Have you done this? I'm able to get my menu/frontend to be at 1280, but the actual game plays at 640×480 with those configs.

Re:I found out there's a bug that makes text unreadable if you have FSAA turned on. I turned it off and am still playing with settings, but it's nowhere near as bad as I thought thigns were. I'll post here when I get things all figured out.

Re:i was wondering the samething. i am running some crappy crt right now, but was thinking of getting a 1280×1024 lcd, and i noticed that was not avail. in bf42, plus, i don't know if my vid card would run that really well anyway. so would you not suggest getting an lcd for that reason?
