Q: A customer has a problem of my wifes pictures. When she opens her photo folders, rather than the example of the actual pictures in the folder, she JPEG Image Icon on each name of the photo. Her slideshow viewer (View as Slide Show) is no more. The only way she can view her photos with Media Player or help would you Paint.

Re:I would right click the first picture, select open with, and choose program (or other), then select Microsoft Image and Fax Viewer, but before clicking ok, be sure to click the box that says always use this program. Now the pictures will open up in that and she can click the slideshow button. Also, when she clicks on future jpg files, they should open in that program and she can again do the slideshow.
