Q: Hi, im running win2k pro and I mysteriously lost the ability to drag and drop. Back to the trash, folders or other applications i cannot drag and drop!?
Best Answer: Do you have the taskbar locked? I believe that was one of the controls that stopped reordering.
Right click on the taskbar and unlock it to check (this is not the same as auto hide)

Re:I've never seen anything like that before. It's gotta be a corrupted DLL or something. Try doing a repair of Windows first.
