Microsoft Office u003cwhateveru003e has not been installed for the current user. Run Setup to install the application [support microsoft] [current user]

Q: Ive done this:
http: / / support.microsoft.com / default.aspx? Scid = kb; en; 817960

and this:
http: / / support.microsoft.com / default.aspx? Scid = kb; en; 898512

and removed, reinstalled and so on .

Please someone tell me a solution for this .

Yeah, I only have one user on the computer and its got admin rights.
