Q: Iam tired of this piece of junk Belkin, I used the cables to network with her and I get a transfer rate of a 4 kb / s im one of the two network PCs. Now I want a wireless network, about 45 meters and an angle to do is to separate these two computers together. what is the most efficent / cheapest router?
Best Answer: The brand "Buffalo" is very good but it is very extremely expensive. Try "Linksys". It is very good and cheap. Try the Linksys Wireless-N Router. It is very good.

Re:Another vote for the di-624. Goes 3 floors with ease, and Ive used both linksys and d-link and I much prefer d-link.
Re:I HIGHLY recommend the DI-634M (http://www.dlink.com/products/?sec=0&pid=458) router. GREAT range! It's not cheap, but it has WAY better range than a cheap Linksys WRT54G/S.
Re:Check out the Buffalo WHR-G54S (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16833162173). It has much better range then the Linksys WRT54g/gl routers and seems to be little better then the Buffalo WHR-HP-G54 routers. Also with any of the above routers, you can run the dd-wrt firmware if you want extra features or range, however the stock buffalo firmware will get the basic stuff done very well!
Re:i personally like my D-Link DI-624.. its at the front of my house and i can sit outside by my pool with my laptop and its still at 80%
Re:Of the Enrty level, Buffalo Tech. High Power.
Otherwise Cisco.
