Q: Hi guys, I have a problem with Microsoft Exchange 5.5. I can e-mail to get from within the company intranet as well known, but if someone sends me e-mails or when I send something out, it would be going out or coming . only inside the intranet . Any solution or suggestion that would be helpful. thanks

Re:Are you the exchange administrator? If so check the Internet Mail Connector Service to make sure it is started. Check the queue to see if your/others emails are there.
If not then perhaps there is something wrong with the service. Restart the service and see if that fixes it. If that does not try restarting the server if that doesn't fix it then you may need to get back with us on some event log errors you may be logging.
