Q: Its a while since Ive built a new system, like almost two years, and I ran into trouble. Heres my setup: GA-945PL
GIGABYTE-S3 LGA 775
Intel Pentium D 805 2.66 GHz Smithfield
COOLER MASTER RR-LIE-L9E1-GP Rifle 95mm CPU Cooler
CORSAIR Value Select 1GB DDR2 240-Pin
COOLER Master Elite Case w / 350 PS (RC – 330-KKR1) GeForce 7300GS
XFX PVT72GWANG 512MB
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 ST3320620AS
SAMSUNG 18X DVD ± R DVD Burner SH-S182M/BEBE
I n put the system together, and turned it on. The fans are spinning, but no screen and no beeps. Nothing. I tried again the seat of memory, CPU, and even with only mobo, CPU, memory and video card, I get nothing. I try to think what could be, but need some help here. Could it be diet?
And one more thing, I noticed that the heatsink is not the entire surface of the core costs. Not sure if that counts or not. Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Re:Hey guys, so I finally got the chance to get a new PSU and video card. Still no dice. System turns on, CPU fan, case fan spins, but doesn't see the system is doing much else. No beeps whatsoever to indicate something is wrong.
So a little help here. What else can I do? Could it be the motherboard? Memory?

Re:Dead vid? prob not because you would get beeps. Is your pc speaker hooked up right? Do you have another pci-ex vid card you can pop in? Any other cpu's? ram?
Mix and match and see where that gets you. Also you could borrow someones psu tester.
