Q: The problems occurred on the following drive configuration:
1 Maxtor 30GB HD w / 2 partitions and Win2k Pro (D, E and 25GB 5Gb large) win2k was on the 5GB partition
1 WD 13.5GB HD w / a partition and was WinME
I dual-boot with win2k as default

Q: I Promise Ultra100 TX2 currently checking my hard drives which gives me a lot of problems. It blocks when the CD drives (on the mobos IDE channels) are accessible when the hard disks are very busy. Update the latest drivers cause my system to slow, which probably is Promise hack around the lock-up problems.
Who else makes good ATA cards? RAID is not necessary or even desirable.

Q: Do you have a win2k pro client with SP4, and all Windows updates.

Q: At the moment my dad has a cracked copy (it was me and I had no money for XP at the moment), but I want him a legal copy. I think getting him the XP Pro upgrade offered through the University at a discount, but he needed something other than a legally Windows 98 CD or something?

Q: Im ready to exchange it for a Via Epia Mini-ITX kit fan-less and will be using a compact flash card to IDE adapter and the establishment of a Smooth Wall or Ipcop router to my Windows 2003 e-mail and web server.
