Q: Hi guys, my friend recommended me to this site. Im going stumped

I recently a new mobo / cpu combo of my friend and built w / all new hardware. It booted fine. I have completely renovated, and I notice that my game controller and just send a “USB Device Not Recognized get” says one problem of the USB devices are defective. Since this I have updated software drivers and system BIOS (BIOS has enabled USB 2.0) and even bought a PCI USB hub that does not work as well. Heres

Q: This morning I was playing a nice game of 1942, when my system suddenly went down. Tornado fans my RPMs went way out of control and I lost all photos. After intensive testing of the components i conculded my generic 400W PSU is putting out too much juice is supposed to fry the mobo in the process (mobo does not beep and only a green light comes on). CDrom and fans seem to work fine. My Asus is still under warranty and I will RMA.

Q: Did you two machines in an office, a university network. Both running XP Pro SP2. Ran the network wizard on them, same workgroup name. File and printer sharing enabled. Simple File Sharing can eachother.
Machine disabled.
The two # 1 is a ping 152.1.36 subnet, you can see the workgroup and can see # 2 on a itself.
Machine 152.1.35 subnet, you can see that the working group but can not see, machine # 1.
Do they need on the same subnet? What I miss? Just ne

Q: I have Palm PDA Sync to my computer for one year w / o problem.
yesterday, my machine froze Then I tried a cold boot sync.
after, I can not synchronize. I press the button on the cradle, but nothing happens. there is no response from the computer, if it doesnt see pda.
i uninstall / reinstall Palm Desktop. same. craddle plugged into other USB ports. same: (
How I remove all devices associated w / a USB port?

I m attempts to access anything located in the 127.0.0.1 ad.doubleclick.net redirects me. Im pretty sure this is not suppose to happen, and Im not running any firewall or spyware programs .

Q: Hey everybody. I have a PC and two laptops (call them A and B) I try to network. A and B to connect (I can map network drives to shared folders between the two), but my computer is not recognized by A or B. I have a printer connected to my PC I want to share on the network so This is frustrating. I can go up shared folders on my PC with A and B but not vice versa.

Q: I am setting up a file server at home and want everyone to have access to certain shares. The system runs XP SP2, all machines on the same workgroup and works with XP SP1 or SP2 and simple file sharing is disabled.
Regardless of permissions, accounts that are not defined on the server is always asked for a username and password. For testing purposes I tried to give “Everyone” full control over the share and NTFS permissions, but I still get prompted. Easy to type host enought acce
