Q: In the latest drivers from Microsoft IntelliMouse, they removed the ability to adjust mouse settings on a per-application basis, and thus the ability to bind a mouse button every keystroke you want. Me used this all the time in my web apps development, bind the thumb buttons to keystrokes, so I could easily switch views, or whatever. (Eg Dreamweaver . Ctrl + `= switch design / HTML view. Bind thumb button press Ctrl +` and youre done)
Now its gone. WHY? I must say, if I team on th

Re:My PC started mysteriously shutting itself down. Typically, right before it shut down, there'd be a loud fan noise.
It turned out that the CPU fan was worn out and it'd suddenly make some noise and then stop completely. When this happened, the CPU would shut down.
A quick fan replacement got it running normally again.

Q: Update: It seems that this happens when my CPU is under load. If not, it does not lock up my system. I do not get it .
So, I upgraded the motherboard monitor 5.3.7. One day I noticed it was not loading at startup, so I started it up, and hard locked my computer. Then I rebooted and tried again. Same. Then I tried CPU-Z after a restart. That worked fine, but when I closed it and ran it again, my machine still locks up.

Q: UPDATE:
OK, in short my problem: I have recorded audio / video from a camcorder. It plays only on one side of the audio. The fix recommended below does in fact play the audio output of both speakers, but I can not run and save in that format.
After demux with Tmpeg, the resulting audio stream is in MP2, and I can not get it to open in another audio editor.
Any ideas? 977 503 ** END UPDATE

Q: I am currently using an Abit motherboard is July with an Enlight 420W power supply.
Recently the 3.3V rail fell sharply to ~ 3.10 to 3.20 (3.30-3.35 was a few months ago) and I noticed that the 3.3V pin on the ATX connector on both the supply and the motherboard seems to be burned (the pins on the mobo are normally silver, but it is a 3.3V darkened.) Can someone tell me what to do?

Q: Is there a software program that can do this? Built into Windows? Im not looking at the router config page, I assume that this is a standalone machine connected to the Internet.
If I installed a web server using something like Apache, it would open port 80 – what would I check?
TIA
