Q: I have Windows XP with ZoneAlarm installed. I, as administrator, have no problems with it. However, when one of the other three accounts on my computer using the ZoneAlarm page setup starts every time you log on. Ive went through the setup several times but each time it comes in an account other than mine (which it is installed) opens. Please help!
Re:Look in this folder & make sure it's not hidden from other users:
C:\WINDOWS\Internet Logs
It probably isn't, but it's worth a try.
Re:I have the free version. and I tried finding the settings file, but could not find it. I only have a basic level of knowledge, but I am slowly improving. Where would I find the settings folder? (I tried exploring all programmes, and could only find the main zonealarm folder, but none named settings!)
Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
Re:Do you have the $50 version or the free version? And is it the latest version on their download chart?
Re:Maybe you have the zonealarm "settings" file saved in a non-shared folder and the program can't see it under another user.?

Re:Try temporarily making the other accounts Administrator-class, then start up as them and dismiss the ZoneAlarm window, then log off and revert these accounts back to what they were before.
