This is the only solution that will work for my problem. Anyone know of a place this small buggars sell? The only time I saw them was when I bought a HSF for my GPU. Everyone knows of a place that sells just the low clip-in plastic mounting screw things for a regular size hole in a mobo?

Re:The second CPU is retail from Newegg that came with stock HSF solution. The original processor came with the HSF solution that Dell put on it when it was built. I still need to clean off all of the excess goo they slapped on the HSF/proc and put some Artic Silver on it…
There are four mounting holes in the corners around each ZIF socket that are used for the plastic mounting. I believe they're identical to what you'd see with a normal P4.
