I have noticed that my Red Alert 2 disc (Allied) is very scratched and I wanted to burn so that I would end up with a Junker. I tried copying the files, but just one copy. Im not lying here. I can even pictures of the game and myself as necessary to prove it. Hook me up with someone can movie01.mix file. It is the only one who simply copying. I would like a backup before its too late. Thanks to everyone who can help me.

Re:Yeah i was thinking I might have to do that. I just thought this would be easier to do. I guess no one can help. Id better make a phone call to westwood about it i suppose.

Probably not much and you'll probably have to send the crapped out disc to them.

Well its not copyright infringement if I own the stupid game! I already told you that I will prove it to anyone if they want me to. I can take pictures of myself holding the game. I need someway of getting this file. If noone will help me then fine. I can go to another forum and ask for help.

I second that, Disc Doctors are great, best $30 I spent. I go around to everybody I know throw them like a buck or two for the discs they have that are too scratched to play anymore. Fix them with my Disc Docter and then sell them to my used cd store for $5. But, anyway unless you tried to clean the disc with a screwdriver or the scratch is on the label side, the DD will fix it.

Re:The file is "movies01.mix" and it's nearly 350MB in size. I don't know of any easy way to "hook you up" with a file that size.
