Program that the auto fill forms? [logins] [passwords]

Q: I have a program that automatically will save my and and that she will fill that page when I return. But I would not like spyware like Gator to do this for me, anyone know of a simple app that would do this?

Best Answer: The way you did it is one valid way it can be done, but take a step back for a moment. There is a "built-in" way in VB2008 to save your settings. Also, in the future you may want to save other types of info like the last used position/size of each form/dialog so they pop-up in the same place from when they were last used. If you have any user selectable options e.g. fonts, colors etc., you'll want to remember those and other things. etc…

Here's a good starter article on how you can save and read all sorts of VB info.

Is there any other decent programs? Roboform is too much for me, it has alot of stuff I just don't want or need, I want something like Firefox's login/password manager, but for MSIE.

Looked over roboform, looks kinda extensive. Something like a better version of the google toolbar would be nice though…

Re:Roboform (http://www.roboform.com/) will do it. It works with Firefox as well. :) I also believe that Mozilla (the suite, not Firefox) has this.

Edit: Firefox will remember user/pass, but not names and addresses.

Most browsers will do this for you. (user/password)

Google Toolebar (http://toolbar.google.com) will do form autocomplete.

Yup, but that only does Name, Address, etc. Doesn't save user/pass.

Browsers usually do this, like IE but you have to select the username box, use arrow keys to get the right username, and then the password may/may not show up…

I just want a program that will put in both my user and pass right into the fields when the page loads so I just click 'login'.
