Q: Ok guys the fans making much noise and one of them spins too slow. This is gefroce ti4600 Leadtek (WinFast A250 Ultra TD My VIVO) Heres a pic http://www.bjorn3d.com/read.php?cID=35 (scroll way down) is the one with the large heatsink. I prefer to buy replacement fan, but I have no idea where to find this kind of fan, Leadtek has not answered my question yet . I prefer to keep the heatsink, if possible, this is for my sisters comp so its just gonna be running at stock speeds.

That is a good passive heatsink, but like I said, with that amount of money, he could go to FS/FT and buy a much better card.
(And Reader Rabbit is not measured in FPS, it's FPM.
What kind of card would you get for 40$?
The Ti4600 is still a good performer today, outperforming the 5200s the 5500s..
Re:Zalman ZM80C/D
Better yet, nV Silencer, if you're OK with a fan:

You might want to check the height restrictions, though.

And with the money you would spend on an active cooler ($20 maybe), you could buy a better gfx card!
I wonder if his sister really needs those extra few fps out of Reader Rabbit?

Re:Well if you have the money you might as well slap a passive cooler on that…it'll be much quieter, and at stock speeds you won't have to worry about heat.
