Q: I am running Windows 2000 and SP3. When I use the open / save dialog all the folders and files are listed in reverse alphabetical order. I find no way to change the order. When I call by name that shes still in reverse. Everyone knows a solution for this?

Windows uses the default settings from explorer, which means that under explorer your default folder is list or details "z" to "a". Make it "a" to "z" and then apply it to all folders.

Re:Try re-sorting the file listing by pressing the right mouse button in the files listing and choosing one of the Arrange As options.

To be more precise, if you choose Arrange by Name and then once again, it should reverse the sort order.
