Re:I just figured the problem out, it wasted me a few hours. Turns out that I left a proxy in IE and forgot about it, and it probably stopped functioning, making IE and MSN stop working too. Such a simple solution yet I had to scan my comp for viruses and defragment

Re:If you're using Windows XP, you can also do a "system restore" to bring your system back to an earlier date (e.g. before you started making all these changes and adding these programs). You won't lose any email or documents by going back. You WILL have to reinstall any programs you've installed after the restore date you choose, but by the sounds of things, there are programs you wouldn't be installing again!

Re:Ebates Moe Money Maker i just redid a comp because of this @#*^%% program. did a cleanup with adaware AND spybot S&D and it still had traces screwing it up so i formated and reinstalled.
